1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using imprintcards.org (the "Site") and our services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

Imprint provides AI-powered card creation and mailing services. Our Services include:

• AI-generated card message writing
• Card design and customization
• Professional printing on premium cardstock
• Addressing and postage
• USPS delivery (domestic US only)

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Cards are priced at $6.99 per card. This price includes design, printing, addressing, postage, and delivery via USPS.

Payment: Payment is processed through Stripe and your credit or debit card will be charged upon checkout. All sales are final.

Minimum Order: Minimum order quantity is 25 cards per design. You may order different occasions/designs in a single order.

4. Printing and Delivery

Timeline: We print and mail your cards within 2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times via USPS typically range from 1–7 business days depending on destination.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate recipient and return addresses. Imprint is not liable for undeliverable mail caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Domestic Only: We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only.

5. Refunds and Returns

Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of order placement. Refunds are only issued if your card has not yet been mailed.

Damaged Cards: If you receive damaged cards, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint and mail your order at no additional cost.

6. AI-Generated Content

Message Generation: Card messages are generated using OpenAI's language models based on your input (occasion, recipient name, relationship, and your notes).

Your Review: You review and approve all AI-generated content before purchase. You have full editorial control and may edit or replace generated text.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the final content on your cards. By confirming your order, you represent that all content is accurate, appropriate, and does not infringe on anyone's rights.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Imprint Services to:

• Create content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or abusive
• Violate anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in fraud or deception
• Send unsolicited bulk mail or spam
• Distribute hate speech, violence, or illegal content

Imprint reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate these restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Our IP: Imprint retains all rights to our designs, layouts, technology, and branding. You may not reproduce or distribute our designs without permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your card content (text, photos, messages). By using Imprint, you grant us a license to use your content solely to produce and deliver your order.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services are error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imprint disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imprint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with our Services is a refund of the card price.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imprint and its owners, operators, and service providers from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your card content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

Imprint reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
